Andi is an onsite tech-support service for seniors, emphasizing tech education for a demographic that is tech curious, but wary. 90% of older adults own smart phones, but most of them are either too afraid to use them, or are not leveraging their full potential due to lack of knowledge. Instead of having to figure out transportation to the Verizon store simply for help setting up your voicemail box, Andi comes to you, saving time and money for everyone involved.
We work patiently with seniors to build the skills and confidence they need to actually use the doohickies and thing-a-ma-bobs of today. Whether it’s setting up that new phone your son got you for Christmas, organizing photos of your new granddaughter, or connecting with old buddies on Facebook, no task is too small for Andi (or, for you)!
